ph3Your Role /h3 pAs an Automotive Software Engineering Transformation Consultant/Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support leading automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers in their software‑driven transformation journey, combining strategy consulting, process optimisation and engineering methodology design with a focus on automotive software excellence. /p ul liSupport compliance, assessments and certifications for ASPICE, ISO 26262 and related automotive standards through gap analysis and process improvement initiatives. /li liDrive Software‑Defined Vehicle, ADAS and OTA transformation programmes for automotive clients. /li liDefine and optimise software engineering, integration, validation and testing strategies across the development lifecycle. /li liCollaborate with Software, System Engineering and Validation teams to ensure traceability and product quality. /li liEnhance engineering toolchains, test‑automation frameworks and CI/CD practices. /li liLead workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment and contribute to engineering transformation roadmaps. /li liFor Senior Consultants: mentor junior consultants and lead project workstreams. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul li3–6+ years of experience in Automotive Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or Product Development environments. /li liHands‑on knowledge of ASPICE; familiarity with ISO 26262, IATF 16949 or UNECE WP.29 is a plus. /li liExperience with ALM, testing and model‑based engineering tools (e.g. Jira, DOORS, Polarion, CANoe, dSPACE, Simulink, Rhapsody, PREEvision). /li liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Automation or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent). /li liStrong analytical mindset, communication skills and ability to work in international multi‑stakeholder environments. /li liPrevious experience in consulting or process transformation projects is a plus. /li /ul pbNote:

The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary.
