Bulgari Italia is searching for a Sales Administrator for its Store based in Milano.
This is a fixed-term contract position (6 months) designed for individuals looking to gain valuable administrative and operational experience within a dynamic support environment, with a particular focus on supporting the caveau team and its operations.
Main Accountabilities
Provide direct operational and administrative support to the caveau team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, receiving goods, system data entry, and organizing storage areas.
Support general back-office administrative tasks and collaborate on specific projects.
Contribute to inventory control activities, such as spot checks, ticketing,
and preparing consignment documents.
Assist in annual stock-take preparations and maintaining stock accuracy.
Provide support for after-sales service processes.
Collaborate with IT and other external suppliers for maintenance and operational issue resolution.
Support the management and tracking of supply orders.
