Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and develop analog/mixed-signal IP for NXP's MCU-focused SOCs, leading innovative architectures and end-to-end IP ownership. You will work within a cross-disciplinary team in Catania to deliver high-performance, quality IP and support productization. You will drive specification, simulation, verification, and silicon realization while coordinating with SOC product leads. This opportunity enables you to shape next-generation edge MCU platforms and contribute to a sustainability-forward, inclusive engineering culture.

- Define IP specifications based on product requirements
- Architect innovative analog/mixed-signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, references, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters)
- Lead end-to-end IP implementation including simulation, layout, and validation




- Manage IP integration and quality within an SOC product
- Document designs, lead design reviews, and support IP productionization (test, life testing)
- Mentor junior engineers and potentially lead small design teams

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Electronic/Electrical xysqume Engineering
- 10+ years of product development experience
- Experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, references, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters
- Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mentoring and development of junior engineers
