ppbSupply Chain Manager /b /p pLocation: Province of Naples, Italy /p pCompany: Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications /p pMission: Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management. This role is crucial to our operations, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Procurement: /h3 ul liDevelop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective raw materials and components sourcing. /li liEstablish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. /li liMonitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability. /li /ul h3Supplier Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships. /li liResolve any supply chain issues or disruptions promptly and effectively. /li liMonitor MP cost increases and support any resulting commercial actions. /li liMaintain the Supplier Register (including the criticality and performance values) /li liEvaluate the performance of current suppliers and implement corrective actions. /li liRenegotiate/define new supply contracts with suppliers, price lists, and minimum/maximum order amounts, and find alternatives where necessary (strategic purchases). /li liAnalyse Megatron's suppliers, and for each item, select at least three suppliers, defining the first and second choice among the three. /li liMonitor the correctness of the Megatron code/Supplier code/Description correspondence. /li liEnsure that each purchase order line is associated with the corresponding delivery date confirmed by the supplier. /li /ul h3Inventory Management: /h3 ul liOversee inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise excess or obsolete inventory.



/li liImplement inventory tracking systems to ensure the accuracy and availability of materials. /li liConduct regular inventory audits and analyse data to forecast future inventory needs. /li /ul h3Logistics: /h3 ul liCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products. /li liManage shipping and receiving processes, including international shipments and customs documentation. /li liOptimise logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. /li /ul h3Compliance and Documentation: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. /li liMaintain accurate records and documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics activities. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement: /h3 ul liIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. /li liStay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must-haves /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /li liStrong analytical skills. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics principles. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above) /li li(will be tested during the selection process).
