ppbJob Title: Multilingual Sales Assistant (open to “categorie protette”) /b /p pbLocation: /b Province of Naples, Italy /p pbCompany: /b Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications /p h3Mission /h3 pThis role aims to enhance the effectiveness of the commercial team by managing post-sales customer activities, delivering timely weekly reporting, and supporting executive-level engagement with key clients. /p h3Summary /h3 pThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer post-sales requests, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. /p pThe Sales Assistant supports the CEO in building, maintaining, and developing relationships with key customers, while also coordinating business trips, managing the executive calendar, and organising meetings. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol libOrder Customer Request Management: /b ul liHandle customer requests related to order confirmation, changes, and follow-ups. /li liCoordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance). /li liEnsure timely and accurate communication with customers. /li liPrepare and distribute weekly sales reports to the commercial team. /li /ul /li libSupport for Key Clients: /b ul liOrganise and coordinate the CEO’s business trips, including contacting customers/prospects and defining detailed itineraries. /li liManage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings with key clients. /li liPrepare relevant data, analysis, and customer briefs in advance of CEO meetings. /li liAssist in preparing communications for key clients, including drafting emails and collecting relevant information for strategic accounts. /li liDevelop tailored PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings based on historical data and insights. /li /ul /li libStrategy: /b ul liSupport the definition and execution of the sales and marketing plan. /li liSupport the development and implementation of sales strategies. /li /ul /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul libMust-haves /b ul liLanguages: /li liFluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above) /li li(will be tested during the selection process). /li liAdvanced Microsoft Office skills:
