**Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and review monthly payroll in coordination with our external labor consultant, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee attendance, leave balances, and vacation schedules in alignment with internal policies.
- Support the finance team by collecting and processing personnel cost data in Excel for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update employee documentation related to contracts, variations, and legal compliance (e.g. GDPR, safety protocols).
- Coordinate mandatory training sessions and medical examinations in line with legal obligations.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department and labor consultant on administrative HR matters. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience (even brief) in an administrative or payroll support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management tools.
- Detail-oriented,



reliable, and capable of working with confidential information.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- Familiarity with Italian labor law is a plus.
