- Optimize customer profitability by portfolio management & change in customer buying behavior
- Achieve highest level of ACE project pipeline closing rates to deliver and exceed country sales plans
- Lead technical team of APP Southern Europe for business activities within the flexible packaging business, the paper markets
- Excute the team setup by deciding and addressing job roles and responsibilities within the team
- Actively prioritize setting and resource allocation




- Site leader for Zingonia AE lab with full responsibility for SHEQ
- Continuously advance AE operations, sharing best practices & execute APP strategy, special focus on KSIs
- Decide independently the type and scope of internal as well as external support/activities, including the introduction of new adhesive technologies into the market
- Technical interface between customers and the Henkel teams, including Sales, Marketing, BD, PD and other teams - leading highly professional communication
- Develop innovations and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions, in collaboration with other AE teams, PD, BD and external partners
- Act as the EU regional expert for food safety, paper business with consulting into all other relevant functions in Europe
- Take responsibility for customer inquiries and complaints, writes technical statements and makes product recommendations
- Support customer projects of team members in critical cases **What makes you a good fit***: - Master's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business management or related fields
- Fluency in Italian and in English is mandatory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong technical expertise
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (in Italy, Greece, Spain, France)
