looking for your first professional experience in an international
company? We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join
our team in Castelazzo Bormida. This is a great opportunity to
learn step by step, develop practical skills, and gain hands-on
experience in customer management, logistics, operations, and
commercial support. ? No previous experience is required – we will
train you from the beginning. You will work closely with
experienced colleagues and receive structured training, allowing
you to progressively take ownership of your responsibilities. ?
Responsibilities During your first months, you will learn how to:
Support the preparation of sales quotations Communicate with
customers via email and phone Manage and follow up on customer
orders and deliveries Assist with shipments and basic warehouse
operations (packing, preparation of goods, etc.) Work with the
internal company system (ERP – training provided) Support the sales
team with operational and administrative tasks Support the
commercial team in prospecting new clients and identifying business
opportunities Perform outbound calls and follow-ups with potential
and existing customers Participate in lead generation activities
and database updates Perform other daily support activities within
the team ? Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience.
? Requirements Recent graduate or candidate looking for a first
work experience (0–2 years) Degree in Business, Economics, Science
or similar is a plus, but not mandatory Fluent Italian + good
English level (B2 minimum) Proactive mindset, with interest in
commercial and customer-facing activities Curious, willing to learn
and take initiative Organized and detail-oriented Team player with
a positive attitude ? Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is
