ppIn this role you will lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation, overseeing end-to-end integrations across multiple countries and ensuring solid BAU support for Payroll, TA and DMS. You translate business needs into technical specs, partner with vendors and enterprise architecture, and drive quality through testing and knowledge transfer. You’ll build durable documentation and act as the nexus between business requirements, vendor capabilities, and architectural direction. /pullisalary range 40.000 - 58.000 /liliequal opportunity commitment /liliLead the integration workstream across ICT HR Transformation programmes and manage end-to-end integrations per country /liliTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications /liliCollaborate with vendors and enterprise architecture teams to define optimal technical solutions /liliCoordinate testing efforts between vendors and business stakeholders for solution quality /liliManage transition of new solutions from project delivery into support /liliOversee vendor relationships with the support organization and ensure service quality /liliAct as the main liaison linking business needs, vendor capabilities,



and architecture direction /liliLead structured knowledge transfer during onboarding and document undocumented processes and decisions /lili5-8 years of ICT HR systems experience (Payroll, TA, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning) and integrations /liliExperience in multi-country ICT environments is a plus /liliHands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll experience /liliFamiliarity with integration middleware; knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.g. SAP Integration Suite) and Document Management Systems is a plus /liliStrong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills /liliProactive, self-motivated with continuous improvement mindset; ability to drive results in complex environments /liliExperience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes /liliAbility to reconstruct systems/processes from scratch and document them well /li /ulpIn this role you will lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation, overseeing end-to-end integrations across multiple count… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
