Would you like to continue developing your career in Strategy & Innovation within a global company operating in the air transport and technology sector, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions?At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.What will your main responsibilities be?Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.What will you need?At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.G. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)Previous experience as an Engagement Manager,
Project Leader or equivalent.Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.Excellent written and spoken English.University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.What do we offer?Two possible collaboration models:Freelance collaborationFreelance rate of up to €700 per day, depending on the experience provided.Long-term strategic project within an international organisation.Possibility of joining the client’s internal team after the initial collaboration period.Permanent employmentPermanent contract through Oxigent Technologies.Salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.Training allowance to develop the professional areas that interest you most.Private medical insurance.Flexible compensation for medical insurance, meals, transport, childcare and training.Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with special discounts.And many other benefits!Working conditionsHybrid working model: three days per week in the office and two days remotely.Office located in BarcelonaJoin the Oxigent team!
