We also represent clients in domestic and international disputes. /p pWe have dedicated teams in banking and finance, corporate and MA, antitrust, dispute resolution and litigation and employment law. Our lawyers in Milan are well‑known for their pragmatic, commercial and business‑oriented style, as well as specific industry knowledge. We have Italian‑ and English‑qualified lawyers based in Milan who deliver Italian, pan‑European and global legal advisory services.
/p h3The Role /h3 pThe Antitrust Legal Secretary provides proactive secretarial and administrative support to partners and fee earners within the Antitrust team. The role supports the efficient management of client matters through document production, matter administration, diary and travel management, event coordination, and day‑to‑day practice support, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality. /p h3Administrative, Secretarial and Team Support Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to partners, fee earners and the wider Antitrust team, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. /li liManage complex diaries, meetings, inbox monitoring (including PEC accounts), travel arrangements and related logistics. /li liPrepare, format, proofread and finalize legal documents, correspondence, presentations and reports to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. /li liManage electronic court filings through Consolle Avvocato (Processo Civile Telematico), monitor deadlines and court communications, and maintain accurate electronic and hard‑copy records. /li liCoordinate document management activities, ensuring filing systems, matter documentation and records are maintained in accordance with firm policies and client requirements. /li liSupport matter management processes, including client onboarding, matter opening procedures, anti‑money laundering documentation, billing administration and expense processing. /li liAssist with the preparation of pitches, presentations, client communications and other business development materials. /li liCoordinate internal and external meetings, training sessions, seminars, conferences and client events, including scheduling, logistics, preparation of materials and liaison with relevant stakeholders. /li liBuild effective working relationships with lawyers,
