We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices. /p pWe are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated bProduct Manager - Inverter /b to join our team focused on bPlatform Flow Control /b. The Product Manager will provide for bcollecting and managing market requirements /b, banalysing competitor's products /b and contributing to define the broadmap for new products /b. In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be baccountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line /b and leverage continuous innovation to improve bQuality /b, bCost /b and bDelivery /b bperformances /b of the product. /p pBeing successful in this role requires having bexcellent communication skills /b,
being self‑motivated and able to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best in class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time management skills. /p h3Requisiti /h3 ul li5-7 years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry. /li liStrong cross‑functional teamwork attitude. /li liCurious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus) /li liConscious on how HVAC/R units will impact on the Environment /li liHighly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment /li liAn ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges. /li liSolid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds. /li liThe role is global, it requires the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams. /li liShare the values of Carel Culture Code! /li /ul h3Altre Informazioni /h3 h3What we offer /h3 ul liWork-life balance: remote working and flexitime.
