Key Responsibilities and Duties
Relationship Management

- Identify profiles, priorities, and strategies for each school and counselor relationship.
- Consistently review school priorities to ensure alignment with communication and strategy.
- Ensure regular check‑ins in person and online, adapting outreach frequency to each school/counselor’s needs.
- Conduct surveys and insight meetings to identify improvement areas.
- Manage relationships between schools and the Hult enrollment department, ensuring queries and concerns are handled effectively.
Business Development

- Identify opportunities with schools to generate enrollment volume.
- Build counselor and school portfolios through regular outreach and sourcing of new relationships.
- Collaborate with other enrollment advisors on student pipelines and strategies to improve conversion from key schools.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records of student and school pipelines.
Training and Product Knowledge

- Educate counselors and students on Hult’s mission, values, and innovative learning approach.
- Adapt content shared to fit each school’s needs and goals.
- Regularly assess counselors’ confidence in positioning Hult correctly with students.
Event Planning and Execution

- Identify appropriate events for students and counselors throughout the enrollment cycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to plan and execute events effectively.
- Analyze event impact and effectiveness and adapt accordingly.
Data Analysis and Forecasting

- Regularly analyze relationship engagement through Salesforce activity tracking.
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement from both sides of the relationship.
- Track school performance metrics (applications, acceptances, confirmations).
- Use analysis to prioritize schools, adjusting their position based on performance.
Qualifications and Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree.
- English and Italian proficiency (required).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. xysqume
