/p pb Key responsibilities: /b /pulli Monitor securitisation transactions using a risk-based approach by asset class (e.g., NPL, UTP, performing, real estate), and prepare periodic reporting for the Company’s governing bodies. /lili Enhance the risk management framework for identifying, measuring and managing corporate risks, including ESG and climate-related risk factors, in line with strategy, regulatory requirements and market best practice. /lili Support ICT risk management activities in line with applicable DORA requirements, including ICT risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk management and incident reporting. /lili Support the Risk Committee, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up on action items. /lili Promote risk culture across the organisation, including by contributing to and delivering risk education sessions. /lili Prepare risk dashboards and management information for the Risk Committee, the Board of Directors and other governing bodies, ensuring timely escalation of key issues. /li /ul pb Preferred qualifications: /b /pulli Degree in Economics, Finance or a quantitative/scientific discipline /lili At least 2 years’ experience in Financial Services in a similar role, including within a consulting environment /lili Strong English, both written and spoken /lili Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) /lili Collaborative and proactive, with interest in structured finance. xrdbqlu /li /ul pb What we offer: /b /pulli A role in a dynamic, growing and inclusive environment, with flexible working and the option to work remotely up to three days per week /lili The opportunity to develop specialist risk management skills in structured finance within a solid organisation with a global footprint /lili The opportunity to take ownership of and independently manage key processes and projects within the Function /lili The opportunity to work closely with structured finance specialists and analyse securitisation transactions from the structuring phase onwards. /li /ul /p /p
