ERS Test and Development EngineerRole OverviewThe selected candidate will join the ERS (Energy Recovery System) testing team and will be involved in the validation and development of electromechanical components for high‐performance applications, with a specific focus on electric motors. Testing activities will be mainly carried out on test benches, within a highly technological and innovation‐driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, performance and endurance testing on ERS systemsDevelop and execute test plans in accordance with design specifications and company standardsAnalyze test data to identify anomalies, performance trends and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of electrical components within the powertrain systemVerify electrical and mechanical system compatibilityDiagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsSupport Design and R&D teams by providing technical feedback based on test resultsContribute to the development of next‐generation electric motors through modeling,
simulations and prototyping activitiesPrepare and maintain technical documentation and test reportsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and company standards during all testing activitiesRequirementsMaster's Degree in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringExperience in testing and validation of electrical systems, preferably in automotive or motorsport environmentsStrong knowledge of:Energy Recovery Systems (ERS)Motor‐generator technologiesPower electronicsProficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters, data acquisition systems)Knowledge of control systems, CAN communication and embedded system interfacesMultidisciplinary approach (electrical, thermal, mechanical, control software aspects)Strong teamwork attitude combined with autonomy and sense of responsibilityHigh motivation, goal orientation and strong focus on qualityFluent English; knowledge of Italian isconsidered a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a high‐tech Automotive/Motorsport environmentMetalworking Industry Contract, salary range €38,000 – €48,000Involvement in highly innovative and technologically advanced projectsDynamic, stimulating work environment with strong focus on professional growthAnnuncio valido fino a: 30-Apr-2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
