In this role you lead end-to-end delivery of digital platform initiatives across regions, coordinating multiple teams to ensure on-time, in-scope results with measurable business impact. You’ll drive planning, execution, governance, and executive reporting within Vertiv’s Digital organization, supporting adoption and rollout of platforms like Compass AI, Writer AI, and UiPath. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with Operational Excellence and Customer Focus priorities, delivering value through structured roadmaps and risk management. This is an individual-contributor coordination-lead role that scales across multi-regional programs and emphasizes data-driven progress.

Own project planning, execution, and delivery across Digital platform initiatives, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies across teams and regions.




Serve as central point for cross-functional stakeholder communication and governance cadences; produce executive status reporting.
Lead or support global rollout of digital initiatives with regional deployment plans and change management.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestone trackers aligned with business strategy.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks; maintain risk registers and ensure leadership is informed.
Define and track KPIs (adoption, delivery velocity, quality, user experience) and provide leadership dashboards.
Responsabilità

8+ years of project management experience in technology or digital delivery environments.
Experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional projects with diverse stakeholders. xysqume
Experience with software platform deployments, UAT coordination, and change management.
