We are looking for a manager position in the domain of nuclear reactor thermal-hydraulics and heat transfer for the computer simulation of lead-cooled fast reactors. The Manager will lead the team C&M-TH;, which focuses on the validation and qualification of thermal-hydraulic computer codes used for the numerical simulation of the reactor and of its components. C&M-TH; also supports the technical units of the engineering department ENG with new ideas and solutions using a research-driven approach. **Main Activities**
- Lead the team C&M-TH;
- Track status, progress, and advancement with periodic reports
- Provide technical guidance to the team’s members
- Prepare research proposals and scientific communications
- Organize research programs with academic partners




- Support and promote student internships
- Follow-up of PhD and postdoctoral programs **Desired Qualifications** **Education**: - PhD in Nuclear Engineering with majors in thermal-hydraulics and Heat Transfer, and minors in computational physics Languages: - Fluent English, with Italian or French as optional languages Experience / Professional requirements: - Show a scientific mindset when approaching new tasks
- Profound knowledge of nuclear engineering principles, theories, and practices for the design and analysis of fast reactor systems
- Strong background in thermal-hydraulics and heat transfer
- Effective communication
- Proven publication record
