The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. /p pPosizione: /p h3About The Job /h3 pThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer serves as the technical reference point for all production-related activities and phases throughout the product lifecycle. This role oversees and supports every critical stage of the manufacturing process — from initial design and development through industrialization, production optimization, and ongoing process improvement. /p pOperating within a highly specialized precision forging environment, the successful candidate will drive manufacturing efficiency by coordinating technical activities across the entire value chain (forging, finishing, and packaging), ensuring full compliance with process parameters, customer specifications, and industrial quality standards (ISO 13485). /p pThe role also acts as the key technical interface between internal departments and external suppliers/partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ulliDefine manufacturing processes and product improvements in collaboration with Forging Shift Leaders, Finishing Coordinators, Designers,



and Tooling teams /liliPrepare and maintain technical documentation and process parameter sheets required for production /liliManage product and process data within ERP systems (BOMs, routings, technical data, dimensions, images, scans, etc.) /liliAct as the primary technical interface between internal departments and external suppliers for assigned components /liliSupport customer communication together with Project Managers to ensure alignment on timelines, costs, and technical requirements /liliCollaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product conformity and support validation activities /liliCoordinate with Production Planning and Finishing teams to schedule prototyping activities and process improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Supervisory responsability /h3 pNone /p h3Requisiti /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ulliTechnical diploma or degree (Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering is considered a plus) /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering within structured manufacturing environments /liliPrevious experience in forging or metal forming environments is highly preferred /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ulliStrong knowledge of forging, finishing,
