ph3About the Company: /h3 /brpMuviq is a multinational automotive company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of transmission systems and powertrain components for a wide range of markets, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and industrial applications. /p /brh3About the Role: /h3 /brpWe are looking for a person who will act as the key link between IT and Operations: a role at the intersection between technology and manufacturing, requiring the ability to understand business processes and translate them into IT requirements. /p /brpYou will join the Global Application team, responsible for managing three ERP platforms (SAP, CMS and AGES) across three continents, working closely with Logistics and Manufacturing teams at the plants on digitalization and process improvement initiatives. /p /brh3Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliAct as the interface between plant key users (Logistics and Manufacturing) and the IT Application team: collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and IT requirements. /li /brliProvide daily operational support to users on ERP systems for manufacturing and logistics areas: manage requests, ticket lifecycle and enhancement requests. /li /brliIdentify, together with plant stakeholders, opportunities for process digitalization and efficiency improvements within manufacturing and logistics processes. /li /brliFollow enhancement and digitalization projects from requirements definition to implementation and release, including documentation and user training activities. /li /brliCollaborate on a daily basis with Local IT Coordinators at the plants, acting as the global reference point for manufacturing and logistics application topics. /li /brliSupport recurring plant activities, including physical inventories, period-end closings,



testing cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key users during system releases. /li /brliGradually contribute to cross-ERP initiatives and digital innovation projects within the global IT team, including the identification and piloting of AI and automation use cases for business processes. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree or ITS diploma in Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields. /li /brli1-3 years of experience in a similar role /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills: /h3 /brul /brliUnderstanding of ERP concepts and manufacturing processes (logistics, production, purchasing and sales); experience with a specific ERP platform is not required, but the ability to quickly understand system logic is essential. /li /brliBasic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools; familiarity with ticketing/IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and AI tools supporting business processes is considered a plus. /li /brliStrong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders, attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn. /li /brliFluent English: you will work daily in an international multi-plant environment. /li /br /ul /brh3What We Offer: /h3 /brul /brliA cross-functional role between IT and Manufacturing, within a global IT function of 25 people supporting plants across three continents. /li /brliExposure to a multi-ERP landscape (SAP, CMS, AGES) and hands-on industrial digitalization projects — a unique opportunity that is not commonly available in junior roles. /li /brliA permanent contract with a career development path, support from senior specialists and increasing ownership over time. /li /brliWork location: Ivrea (TO) /li /br /ul /brpThis position is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77 and L. 125/91).
