The Quality Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring that products and processes comply with company, regulatory, and industry standards. The role promotes a culture of quality within the organization and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or other relevant standards).
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer specifications.
- Manage internal and external audits, coordinating preparation and corrective action follow-up.
- Analyze non-conformities, customer complaints, and feedback, identifying preventive and corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs, proposing improvement plans.
- Collaborate with production, design, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure quality throughout the value chain.
- Train and raise awareness among staff on quality and product safety.
- Ensure process traceability and proper documentation management.




- Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent). **Requirements**: - Technical Diploma in Electronics, degree in Engineering, (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of quality regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and any industry-specific standards).
- Strong skills in process analysis and structured problem solving.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Soft Skills: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Result-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proactive mindset and continuous improvement attitude. The position is located in Modena, Italy.
