The role collaborates with multiple functions to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, troubleshooting activities, and the implementation of manufacturing best practices, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliThe role is part of the Plant Manufacturing Team. /liliSupport one of the plant assembly departments in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets within Production Line. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products and the implementation of process changes in the manufacturing area. /liliSupport the implementation of quality systems within the workshop. /liliExplore new ideas and technologies to evaluate opportunities for improving processes, enhancing quality, and reducing costs. /liliBack UP role for Product Lifecycle Management activities, including the implementation of APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) methodologies, ensuring successful product launches and compliance with quality standards. /liliCollaborate with several plant departments, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Production. /liliSupport machine revamping and continuous improvement projects across the plant. /liliSupport diagnostic activities, troubleshooting,



and minor modifications of PLC programs across manufacturing equipment and automation systems. /liliCollaborate with external suppliers and technical partners to support complex troubleshooting activities, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulpbTravel: /b Up to 10%, if required /ph3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in one of the following fields:ulliAutomation Engineering /liliElectronics Engineering /liliMechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Automation /li /ul /liliBasic knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. /liliBasic knowledge of Siemens automation platforms, including SIMATIC S7 PLCs and the TIA Portal engineering environment. /liliBasic understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, actuators, drives, and industrial communication networks. /liliGood computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams. /li /ulpEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
