Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the commercial strategy for solar PV, energy efficiency, and BESS projects across Italy, building strategic partnerships and leading proposal development to secure new deals. You will manage a strong sales pipeline, support market expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and financial success. The position offers impact in accelerating the energy transition within a growing, decentralised energy business. You will work closely with the team to shape revenue growth and market presence.

Responsabilità
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or Economics as an alternative)
- 3+ years’ experience in a commercial or sales role within the decentralised energy sector (B2B)
- Understanding of business plans, project finance, xysqume and long-term contract structures
- Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad
- Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
