The Italian Regional Offices, Rocco Resistente Hotels is seeking a Maître to lead the restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Rome venues. You will supervise service, coordinate staff, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to meet quality standards and financial goals.

You will also mentor colleagues, enhance wine pairing offerings, and ensure HACCP compliance while upholding the brand’s luxury standards and guest-centric culture in Rome.
