- Coordinate administrative resources
- Provide support with workload peaks within the team
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Liaise with the accountant to ensure compliance with tax obligations and handle specific cases **Financial Control**: - Analyze and manage receivables
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics,



Finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of proven experience in administrative management
- In-depth knowledge of Italian tax regulations
- Previous experience in the services sector is preferred
- Strong teamwork skills, dynamic personality, and excellent communication abilities
