This is a consultative sales role with clear performance metrics and high earning potential, where your communication, persuasion, and leadership skills directly contribute to transforming lives through education. **The Role** **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and convert qualified international leads through personalized, goal-oriented consultations (no cold calling)
- Present Rome Business School’s portfolio of master’s programs with authority, passion, and clarity
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Collaborate closely with the admissions management team to continuously optimize conversion strategies **Profile Requirements**
- Proven aptitude for sales, persuasion,



and results-oriented communication
- Previous experience in B2C sales, higher education recruitment, or consultative selling preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in leading structured, high-impact conversations
- Resilient, competitive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage) **Contract and Compensation**
- Base Salary: €17,940 gross per year (CCNL ANINSEI - Level III)
- Average Additional Commissions: €23,000+ gross per year (uncapped)
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): €40,000+ gross per year
- Contract Type: 6-month renewable fixed-term (CCNL ANINSEI Level III), including full social benefits and paid leave
