In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.

Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries

Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements

Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation

Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care

Build long‑term relationships that turn travelers into repeat clients





What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently

Passion for travel and helping others

Ability to multitask and pay attention to details

Sales or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
