- chieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. P
- etermine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time Y
- ou will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. Y
- ou will make improvements to training guides and documentation. Y
- ou will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. Y
- ou will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. Y




- ou will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations. P
- revious industry experience P
- revious technical/installation experience P
- revious customer service experience B
- asic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching K
- nowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems A
- bility to interact and build relationships with Customers E
- xperience servicing HVAC, Fire, Security, TVCC or Access Control Systems S
- trong fault-finding skills G
- ood written and oral communication A
- bility to follow instructions and identify mistakes H
