As an Account Manager in our Client Services Department, you will be able to harnessing relationships with clients in a diverse and challenging business climate. We are seeking a professional like you to support our business targets by delivering sales results. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing and client follow-ups for achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Our customers are manufacturers, regulators and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service/sales‑focused position for someone who will not only foster and maintain business relationships with clients, but who will also have on opportunity to oversee and cultivate a team of professionals ultimately supporting them to provide sustainable value.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with assigned GLI clients. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and client post‑service follow‑ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
Meetswithclientstonegotiateandsecurebusinessandmaintain relationships
Deliverssalespresentationsto clients
Ensuresclientsareprovidedprofessional,courteous,andtimelysupportand service
Forecastsclientactivityandsetsperformancegoals accordingly
Reviewsmarketanalysestodeterminecustomer needs
MaintainsallCRM(CustomerRelationshipManagement)software,includingSalesforceor any other software, information on assigned clients
Maintainsrecordsofallvisitsandtelephonecontactsoftheassignedregulatoryclientswithin the database daily
Participatesintradeshowsand/orregulatoryconferences,when necessary
MaycoordinateIn‑Servicetrainingclassesandfieldinspections/auditswhenappropriatefor clients
Performsotherdutiesas assigned
Required Education and Other Credentials
Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketing,Business,Engineeringorarelated field
Certification,formaltraining,experienceordemonstratedcompetencymaybeevaluatedand considered in lieu of the educational requirements
Musthaveavaliddriver’s license
Required Skills/Experience
Aminimumof5years ’ experiencerequiredinGaming,Marketing,Salesand/orcustomer service fields is required

Aminimumof3yearsofprevioussales/developmentexperienceisstrongly preferred
MustbeproficientinMicrosoftExcel,Word,PowerPoint,SharePointand CRM

Musthavetheabilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfrom external and internal parties, including large audiences
Highlymotivated,pro‑activeself‑starterwithexcellenttimemanagement skills
Musthavetheabilitytoread,write,speak,understandandcommunicateinEnglish sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties
Musthavetheabilitytohandleandorganizemultipleprojectsand deadlines
Mustdemonstrateahighdegreeofattentiontoquality,details,and correctness
