Experteer Overview

You will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial environments. Based in or near Poland, Italy, Spain, France, or Belgium, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to support projects from design through after-sales. The role blends technical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, compliance and performance. This is a hands‑on, growth‑oriented position shaping solutions for demanding processes in a global business.

Responsabilità
- Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, xysqume drawings and customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
