In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.What You'll DoAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process. Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication.Managing customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation.Preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents.Maintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities.Following up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution.Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance,
