community-driven workplace where fun and teamwork matter as much as performance **You should have**: - 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong team coordination and communication skills
- Fluency in English & Italian
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
- A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing
- Comfort with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech
- Previous hostel experience is a big premio **What You’ll Be Responsible For**: - Supporting the Square Lover in overseeing all departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
- Being a daily point of reference for team members—ensuring tasks are clear, spirits are high, and operations run smoothly
- Monitoring service standards, helping resolve guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive
- Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving
- Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and compliance with Italian local regulations This role is perfect for someone who wants to step into a leadership position while staying grounded in the day-to-day heartbeat of a vibrant hospitality space.
