Executive Assistant to the CEO Location: Magenta area (Milan) Gross annual salary: up to €35,000 Fluent English required | Chinese is a plus On behalf of a fast-growing manufacturing company, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO on daily activities and organizational coordination. We are looking for a bright, energetic person with strong growth potential, interested in building a career in close contact with top management. Main responsibilities * Managing and organizing the CEO agenda * Planning meetings, events and business trips * Coordinating CEO and Leadership Team internal and external communication * Supporting the operational and organizational activities of the Executive Office * Preparing documents, presentations and reports * Acting as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders,
including international ones Requirements * University degree is preferable * Some experience (also short) in executive assistance, office management or organisational support * Very good written and spoken English * Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities * Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving attitude and proactivity Nice to have * Knowledge of Chinese * Experience in international or multicultural environments What we offer * Permanent contract directly with the company * A professional growth path in a dynamic, international environment * A company focused on innovation and people development
