This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail or luxury fashion, who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. /ppYou will take full ownership of the store launch, from staff recruitment and pre-opening preparation to daily operations and sales performance, shaping the store culture from day one. /ph3Responsabilities /h3ulliSupport the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy /lili360° management of your shop. /liliPlan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives. /liliEnsure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability. /liliManage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies /liliPossess good product and fashion knowledge. /liliKnow and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards. /liliSupervise the reception of customers,



ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelines. /liliCoordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) /liliTrain new joiners and accompany them on their path of growth and development in collaboration. /liliAct as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team. /liliMonitor the performance of your team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it in order to achieve results. /liliAnalyze and animate KPIs relating to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt, etc.). /liliEnsure the achievement of your department (budget and target achievement). /liliApply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications Experience /h3ulliApplicants must have the right to work in Italy. /liliAt least 3-5 years experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts or Fashion Luxury. /liliKnowledge of the main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports. /liliAgility, dynamism and problem solving. /liliStrong results orientation. /liliHigh predisposition in managing a team, guiding it towards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit. /liliDegree (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred. /liliExcellent knowledge of Italian and English. /liliStrong knowledge of Excel. /li /ulh3Desirable (Not Essential) /h3ulliKnowledge of CEGID /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
