In this M&A; Specialist role, you support the end-to-end transaction lifecycle within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will work closely with senior leaders to analyze targets, model value, and prepare materials for decision‑makers, while coordinating due diligence and deal execution. You contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes and gain exposure to strategic decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. This position offers meaningful impact through growth‑driven deals and post‑merger integration, aligned with the company’s mission to accelerate digital transformation for its clients.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Support the end-to-end M&A; process across multiple transaction phases
- Assist market scouting, industry analysis, and target identification
- Evaluate targets via financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments
- Prepare investment materials, business cases, and senior management presentations
- Support due diligence across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial streams




- Assist deal execution activities including data room management and document analysis
- Maintain M&A; documentation, models, and reports, enhancing tools and processes

Responsabilità
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A; advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills with strong valuation knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem solving
- Ability xysqume to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration ability
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a complex business context
- High standards of integrity and discretion with confidential information
