Experteer Overview
In this role you align IT strategy with business goals via the SAP Competence Center, focusing on SAP Finance & Controlling across OTC, Finance, and Industrial domains. You’ll provide first-line SAP support, work with stakeholders, and help shape service delivery and system integration. You’ll collaborate with external resources when needed and drive improvements in ERP interfaces and performance. This position offers impact across a global IT landscape and the chance to advance SAP capabilities at Technogym.

- Support IT-business alignment through the SAP Competence Center
- Manage and support SAP Finance & Controlling applications
- Provide first-level SAP support for Finance & Controlling processes
- Assist in selecting external resources when internal capacity is exceeded
- Collaborate with application analysts on day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement service delivery models for core application functions
- Document and suggest improvements for ERP integration with interfaced systems
- Ensure standards compliance and monitor application performance via KPIs
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT application support or related experience
- Deep knowledge of SAP FI modules (AP, AR, AA, G/L, TR); CO (COPA, Product costing, PS); FM advantageous
- Hands‑on xysqume SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP (must‑have)
- Strong business acumen and proficient Excel skills
- Ability to diagnose and solve application issues
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integrations
- Proficient English (written and spoken)
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating into functional/technical specs
- Experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration
- System Integration consulting experience is a plus
