and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; /pp To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; /pp To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; /pp To handle returns of merchandise; /pp To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; /pp To support the team on the general operations of the store; /pp To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; /pp To operate cash registers and close daily revenues; /pp To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; /pp To go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xrdbqlu /p pb The Candidate: /b /pp Fluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; /pp Retail or service industry experience; /pp Great customer service and people skills; /pp Ability to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues; /pp Good standard of numeracy and problem solving; /pp Ability to work towards goals; /pp Strong organizational skills; /pp Dynamic and creative. /p /p /p
