R_00103207**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:• **Procurement Operations:** Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with approved vendors.
• **Supplier Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration, to quotation and negotiation phases.
• **Supply Chain Optimization:** Identify and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.
• **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and define appropriate replenishment strategies.
• **Strategy Support:** Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies.
• **Data & Documentation Management:** Ensure data accuracy and maintain standardized procurement documentation across systems.
• **Cross-functional Coordination:** Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency. # Qualifications:**• Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.**• Professional Experience:** 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role,
preferably within a manufacturing environment.**• Procurement Knowledge:** Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.**• Analytical Skills:** Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy across systems.**• Collaboration Skills:** Experience working cross-functionally with different departments in an international environment.• **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive negotiations in complex environments.**• Systems Affinity:** Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools is considered a plus.• **Languages:** Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage in an international customer and plant network. xysqume The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
