La Serena Hotel Forte Dei Marmi

Landscape Architect - Robusto dei Marmi Boutique Hotel | Design-Led | Hands-On | Proactive From Now to Opening The Project La Serena is a design-driven boutique hotel undergoing a live transformation ahead of the upcoming season. This is not a future concept. It is happening now. The landscape must evolve in parallel with operations — improving, adjusting, and being refined in real time, while the hotel prepares for opening. We are looking for a high-caliber landscape architect who is not afraid to get involved immediately, work closely with management, and help repurpose and upgrade existing outdoor spaces quickly and intelligently. The Role This is a high-engagement, hands-on role from now until opening and beyond. You will work: - Directly with hotel ownership and management
- On site, as needed
- In parallel with day-to-day operations This role suits someone who enjoys momentum, decision-making, and improving spaces under real constraints. What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiable) Mindset & Attitude
- Highly proactive and responsive
- Comfortable working under time pressure
- Not precious, not theoretical
- Willing to step in, adjust, and improve immediately
- Confident coordinating with hotel management and operations
- Happy to repurpose existing elements rather than start from scratch This is not a role for someone who needs months of distance before acting. Key Responsibilities Immediate Phase (Now → Opening)

- Continue refining the landscape after opening
- Adjust planting, layouts, and details based on real guest use
- Support management through the season with practical improvements Experience Required Essential
- 8-15+ years experience in high-end residential or boutique hotel landscapes

- Build something that feels intentional and confident
- Let the landscape grow and mature over time Engagement
- Immediate start
- High level of involvement expected through opening
- Project-based with potential ongoing advisory role
