We foster a people-first culture grounded in inclusion, diversity, and collaboration—investing in the growth of our teams as much as we do in our clients’ success. /p p We are currently looking for a strong Marketing Project Manager /strong to join our Global team based in strong Milan. /strong In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects with European customers. /p pstrong Role Overview: /strong /pp As a strong Marketing Project Manager /strong , you will support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. Working closely with Senior Project Managers,



you will also act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping to ensure smooth communication, alignment on campaign activities, and a high-quality customer experience throughout project delivery. You'll gain exposure to structured project management processes and international marketing environments. /p pstrong Key Responsibilities: /strong /pulli Support the planning and execution of marketing projects /lili Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked /lili Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring effective communication throughout campaign execution /lili Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress /lili Update project documentation, schedules, and status reports /lili Assist in supervising campaign execution and deliverables /lili Identify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholders /lili Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes /li /ul pstrong Requirements: /strong /pulli Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications) /lili Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the B2B space /lili Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environment /lili Knowledge of French is considered a strong plus /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office /lili Strong organizational and time-management skills /lili Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously /lili Clear and effective communication skills /lili Proactive, flexible, and team player /lili Curious and eager to learn /li /ul pstrong Working model /strong : hybrid /p p Assignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with the candidate's experience and skills. xrdbqlu /p p Apply now to join our team at Expandi Group! /p /p /p
