What You’ll Do:Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processesParticipate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM,



Problem Solving)Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flowSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deploymentLearn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement? Your Profile:Required:Italian and English speakerOpen to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximatelyConfident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environmentsProficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)Basic knowledge of Lean toolsDesirables:Lean certificationsExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or qualityJoin us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!RAL: 30.000-35.000€
