OfficeStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)ResponsibilitiesProvide hardware break fix support, typically by whole unit swapManage spares provided on siteExecute installations and changesDeliver an excellent level of customer serviceAdhere to defined Processes and work instructions which will include the management of both proactive andInterface with multiple levels of end users, management,



‘VIPs’ and local technical staff.Troubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms: Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devicesKnowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLANResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management systemProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipmentWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardwareRequirementsMust hold a valid work permit in ItalySeveral years of experience in the IT field#J-18808-Ljbffr
