Enterprise Account Executive – AI / LLM / Enterprise Software / Strategic SalesWe are currently partnered with a fast-growing European AI company building next-generation enterprise AI and deep-tech solutions for large organisations across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, and industrial sectors. As part of their international commercial expansion, they are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to take full ownership of the Italian market and drive strategic enterprise growth across Italy.This is a senior, high-autonomy individual contributor role focused on selling transformational AI solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.Key responsibilitiesOwn the complete enterprise sales cycle from strategic discovery through qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract close, and account expansionBuild and close high-value enterprise engagements, including €500K–€1M+ deals and multi-year strategic partnershipsDevelop and execute a national go-to-market strategy across priority industries and enterprise segments in ItalyCreate and maintain a disciplined enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting and structured deal managementEngage C-level stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs within Italy’s largest enterprisesKey requirementsStrong experience in enterprise software, AI, deep-tech,
