Position Bulgari Italia, within our Visual Merchandising team based in Rome, is looking for a Visual Merchandising Internship. He/she will support the implementation of the Brand visual merchandising strategy to showcase products and create impactful client experiences for all retail channel networks and merchandise categories (jewelry, watches, and accessories) for the South East Med region. Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-store Visual Merchandisers to assist with window display set ups and local events, particularly during early morning installations or for smaller product launches
- Ensure a consistent and impactful visual representation for new product launches is implemented by maintaining a continuous exchange and feedback process with our boutiques
- Actively request and review photographic submissions from stores, providing constructive feedback and corrections to uphold Bvlgari visual guidelines
- Guarantee that all retail locations flawlessly execute product launch displays in alignment with global Brand directives
- Conduct follow-ups on shipments to ensure timely delivery and installation of visual assets




- Process invoices related to visual merchandising activities for the boutiques
- For franchise partners, facilitate the invoicing process for visual merchandising services, tracking payments and liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain and update detailed financial and operational data for visual merchandising services Profile **Technical Skills**
- Degree in Design, Architecture, Art, Communication or similar
- Deep understanding of luxury visual merchandising principles
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data management will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian **Soft Skills**
