- Search for public scientific datasets related to antibodies and immunology
- Collect antibody and B‑cell receptor (BCR) sequencing dat
- Validate, clean, and check the quality of biological experimental data
- Organize data into structured and reusable datasets
- Use R/Python to analyze biological and sequence data
- Explore patterns linking sequences to immunological function
- Support applied research activities in immunology and AI/ML
