You’ll combine strong hands-on engineering expertise (modern C++, Qt, distributed messaging, secure communications, REST APIs, and relational databases) with leadership across product definition, roadmap execution, and team enablement. You’ll be a key decision-maker, setting technical direction, ensuring engineering excellence, and partnering closely with Product Management to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software on predictable timelines. /p pb What we want you to do: /b /p p Technical Leadership Execution /p ullib Own architecture /b for core components and services, with an emphasis on modularity, performance, reliability, and security-by-design. /lilib Lead development /b using modern C++ (C++17/C++20), Qt (Widgets and/or QML), ZeroMQ, POCO, OpenSSL, and RESTful APIs defined with OpenAPI.



/lilib Implement secure communication /b and cryptographic best practices using OpenSSL (TLS, certificate management, key handling). /lilib Model and optimize data /b flows using relational databases (schema design, indexing, transactions, migrations). /lilib Mentor senior engineers /b through pairing, design sessions, and structured feedback; elevate team standards and practices. /lilib Drive incident prevention and resolution /b via root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. /li /ul p Product Management Partnership /p ullib Requirements discovery refinement: /b collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear, testable specifications and technical plans, aligning technical milestones with product goals. /lilib Prioritization Task assignment: /b apply value/effort trade-offs, decompose epics into deliverable increments, and maintain a healthy backlog. /lilib Allocate work across the project team: /b using Agile techniques /li /ul pb What would we like to see: /b /p ullib Modern C++ /b (C++17/C++20) /lilib Qt Framework (GUI) /b : Qt Widgets and/or Qt Quick; signals/slots, models/views, resource management, threading. /lilib POCO Libraries /b : networking, multithreading, filesystem, utilities. /lilib REST APIs /b with b OpenAPI /b : spec-first design,



client/server generation, versioning, and documentation. /lilib Relational Databases /b : schema design, SQL proficiency, transactions, performance tuning. /lilib Git /b : branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow/Trunk), code review workflows, release tagging. /lili Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. /lili6+ years in professional software development with 2+ years in a b lead/architect /b capacity (or equivalent impact). /li /ul pb It will be considered a plus: /b /p ullib Conan 2 /b : C++ package management, reproducible builds, internal artifact repositories. /lilib ZeroMQ /b : patterns (REQ/REP, PUB/SUB, PUSH/PULL), multipart messaging, reliability considerations. /lilib OpenSSL /b : TLS configuration, certificates/PKI, key/cipher management, secure channel integration. /lilib Cybersecurity knowledge /b : threat modeling, secure coding guidelines, SAST/DAST, CVE triage, dependency risk management (SBOM). /lilib Qt OpenGL and QLM /b : b OpenGLWidgets /b integration, rendering pipelines, performance considerations. /lili Experience with b CI/CD /b (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines), containerization, and artifact management. /lili Experience with b Agile /b (and Scrum) methodology /li /ul pb Compensation: /b /p p We offer a permanent employment contract. xrdbqlu The final compensation offered will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role. /pp Annual gross salary range: €5 /p /p /p
