PURPOSE
Finance LOCATION
Lainate (Milan) Description We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to join the Finance Team. The resource will report to the Sr. Financial Accountant and will be involved in daily accounting activities, contributing to the proper management of accounting records and administrative requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recording of supplier invoices, including foreign currency transactions;
- Management of the general ledger and accounting entries;
- Execution of bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions;
- Management and execution of company payments (suppliers, contributions, taxes, etc.);
- Support for month-end closing activities and preparation of financial statements;
- Filing and organization of accounting documentation;
- Support for general administrative activities QUALIFICATIONS,



SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma in Accounting or a degree in Economics or related fields;
- Previous experience, even short-term, in accounting/administrative roles, gained in small/medium-sized companies or professional firms;
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus; OTHER REQUIREMENTS
