What you will do The Controller Overseas is responsible for overseeing financial performance across international markets, ensuring accurate reporting, driving financial planning processes, and supporting strategic decision-making for overseas division. Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for overseas entities
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across international subsidiaries
- Monitor revenue, margins, and cost structure across markets
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and performance insights
- Support pricing strategy and profitability improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations
- Partner with local Finance teams and regional management
- Drive process improvements and standardization across countries
- Support investment analysis and business case evaluations What you need to succeed Must have- Strong knowledge of international reporting standards- Ability to manage complexity in a multi-country environment Nice to have Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus
- Education_: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field
- Professional experience: _5-8+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in multinational companies
- Language: _Fluent in italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Technical Skills:_
- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
