You'll own two critical functions as we scale from startup to category leader
Tech Recruiting (60%)
Build the machine that brings Europe's best engineering talent to Exein
Own the full hiring process for backend, embedded, and security engineers
Close hard-to-fill roles with a consultative, data-driven approach
Scale hiring over the next 18 months
Employer Branding (40%)
Position Exein as the destination for engineers who want to work on hard problems at scale
Create content, events, and community initiatives that showcase our technical excellence
Build our presence where top talent lives: conferences, open source, technical communities
Turn our growth story into magnetic employer positioning
You are:
Experienced tech recruiter (5+ years) with a track record in high-growth environments
Coming from a European scale-up or fast-scaling tech company
Equally comfortable sourcing passive candidates and building brand strategy
Data-driven: you optimize funnels, track metrics, and iterate quickly
A builder who thrives on ownership and creating processes from scratch
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
