We currently have an opportunity for a talented Cluster Payroll / Workday Specialist to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milan, San Domenico Palace,



Four Seasons hotel Taormina, Hotel Danieli, Venice a Four Seasons hotel in Italy The Cluster Payroll / Workday Specialist is responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role also supports and maintains the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and optimization of payroll processes.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll for multiple hotel properties in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Manage payroll‐related data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and overtime
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Liaise with external payroll providers when applicable
Workday System Management
Maintain and update employee data within Workday
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across
