Experteer Overview As Territory Manager, you will lead a distributed field sales team across Southern Italy to drive sustained revenue growth and regional performance. You will shape and execute sales plans, monitor progress with KPIs, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with business priorities. You'll coach and engage a multi-region team, coordinating with informal leads to maintain consistent results in a complex landscape. and optimize sales plans across regions Identify performance gaps and implement corrective recovery actions for underperforming territories Foster a strong team culture with coaching and accountability Coordinate activities with informal team leads to ensure alignment without formal hierarchy Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies across territories, managing priorities, pipeline, and outcomes Responsabilità Proven experience as Territory Manager with leadership and measurable business results Experience managing teams of 10-15 in distributed field-based sales Solid B2 B sales background, preferably in Telecommunications, Technology/Software/Fintech Strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and territory development Robust influencing and negotiation capabilities across levelsEntrepreneurial mindset with autonomous territory ownership Change-ready to adapt from traditional field sales to KPI-driven environments Direct sales experience early in career with progression into management Approximately 7-8 y
